Notes

• The local TimescaleDB comes from docs-v2/compose.yaml on port 5434.
• migrate applies the reviewed migrations from both storage slices (registry_crates, showcase_apps); seed imports both JSON inputs and is idempotent.
• The docs section works without the database; the catalog and the showcase need it.
