Notes

• Migrations and the demo fixture are opt-in compose services under the setup profile; normal startup neither migrates nor seeds.
• The demo fixture never overwrites existing credentials and must not run in production.
• The application listens on the compose port mapping from the workspace compose.yaml; the management port exposes health/live and health/ready.
